This is probably the best server I ever played. Not only is it a high rate, but it's 100% balanced. The donation item's aren't godly, so the donates don't own, but the donation items are still useful and you can make good money from selling it. The economy is balance, hard at first, but you'll get use to it and love it,

Server stability / availability is really good pretty much always online 24/7 no lag
Community you'll find help sometimes don't beg for items/zeny you'll make people mad and get muted
Game master friendliness is average// Availability is bad helpfullness is ok when they're online
economy is okay a bit hard to start though

the server in itself is wicked except when you get to pvp as everyone on the server without fail will KOS you as as soon as you spawn your dead basically apart from that it's good advice go to pvp witha friend!

This is the best server ever. The economy is over inflated but that wont deter me.
(i.e. Golden Theif Bug = 1,000,000,000 Zeny) but u can easily get one if u work which is why my char has one. the GMs will help u within reason just dont ask them for zeny/items. Join it and PM me im KitchenChemist

i love this server ive been playing it alot and yes gms are on all the time Also its easy to make money with the drop rate the way it is so quit ur complaining about "economy is to inflated" or "prices are to high" thats what i thought at first but then i saw how easy it is to make zenny

This review was deleted, for rule one, sorry. The GMs are unfriendly, as is the community. I said it was a bad server overall and meant it. All of my friends complain of botters, that the GMs are never on, the server is losing stability, the classes are off balance. Need more room in this. This was a thoroughly discussed review.

BlackoutRO seems to have pretty good items and events. The only downside are the players and GMs. Fellow players are not so friendly at all and are PK-happy. Gms are rarely around, and when they are, they are not that friendly either. If they tell you to shut up, you should, because they love to ban. Not user friendly at all. :/
